The Charless (TM) Grill is a grilling system that totally eliminates flare-ups. Reduces carcinogenic charring by 90% and grills both sides of food simultaneously.

 

This project brief included industrial design and mechanical engineering design.  ID efforts were centered on user experience and human factors.  The mechanical design focus was to develop a mechanical rotisserie and charcoal adjustment system.
